3. Estimate the projected development time & requirements
   

4. Draft project outline
   

5. Acquire the your (the clients) acceptance of the proposed project
   

6. Establish dates (based on contracts, down payments, required  hardware and third party software), Conditionally
   

7. Document the Application
   

8. Develop Beta Version of the Application/Solution
   

9. Schedule dates and timelines for the Install and Primary Testing of Beta
   

10. Testing in actual Environment
    

11. Establish a list of any modifications & discovers during testing
    

12. Estimate Revisions requirements, costs involved and time frame
    

13. Go to Step 6, until the desired end results are met.
