Additional time will be at your current rate,
 i.e. A Client on the Platinum need more than 25 hours, ($120.00 is the hour rate.)
1) Billable in 15 minute increments. 2) Minimum 1 hour billed. 3) Excludes all major holidays.

If the Client chooses the "Platinum" level of service, the vendor will apply 25 hours (or for one year which ever comes first) allowance for support / service based on the hourly rate of $120.00 US per hour as a retainer.  When service and support is required, the Vendor will submit an Invoice to the Client for time accrued, shown in fifteen (15) minute minimum increments. If the Client does not pay the required installment in a timely manner, support services will be suspended until such payment is received.

If the Client chooses the "Gold" level of service, the vendor will apply 10 hours allowance for support / service based on the hourly rate of $120.00 US per hour. When service and support is required, the Vendor will submit an Invoice to the Client for time accrued, shown in fifteen (15) minute minimum increments. If the Client does not pay any additional fees or charges in a timely manner, support services will be suspended until such payment is received.

If the Client chooses the "Silver" level of service, the hourly rate shall be $140.00 US with a five (5) hour prepaid deposit on account with the Vendor. When service and support is required, the Vendor will submit an Invoice to the Client for all hourly charges incurred with a fifteen (15) minute minimum charge incurred. The Client will submit payment of this Invoice within ten days after the receipt of the Invoice. The Deposit will be returned to the Client by the Vendor, less any unpaid charges upon termination of this Agreement. If the Client does not pay the submitted Invoice in a timely manner, the deposit may be forfeited and the Agreement, with proper notification to the Client by the Vendor will be canceled.

ECONOMY Support Plan $300.00  uparrow.jpg (721 bytes)

In the event the Client chooses the "Economy" level of service, the hourly rate shall be $150.00 US.  This Economy Plan is similar to the basic hourly rate with the most notable exception is that After Hours and weekends are available. The basic hourly rate for support and service supplied to the Client by the Vendor with this option is:

System Down Condition  One and one half times the hourly rate
Software Support and Service   The hourly rate with one hour minimum
The current hourly rate for this Agreement is $150.00 US per hour.
After Hours and weekends are billed at $225.00 US per hour
This plan  does not guarantee a two hour response.

BASIC HOURLY RATE - $150.00 per hour. This rate will apply to all requests for services when a Service Maintenance Agreement is not in effect.
The Basic Hourly Rate is not available After Hours, on weekends or holidays.
