When you purchase one of our products for installation at a customer site, we will work with you to insure that the installation is accomplished.
How do we do this?
Delivery of the product is by web download.
Latest product release is ensured
No "media" problems
You burn a copy on a CD that can then be taken to multiple sites for installation.
We work to provide the fastest turn-around of any custom security files necessary for installation at your clients site.
Registration of programs is accomplished in a matter of minutes after the submission of the Registration Form.
You can email it to us if the client has an email handler on the installation machine, or
FAX the form and we will FAX back to you the required registration information.
Either way, our promise to you is that the registration will be returned to you in minutes either by email or FAX, depending on the way it was received. (During Normal Business Hours)
Direct support for the client through you during the initial use.
Complete Users Manuals that are included with the installation program that can be printed for your client.
During the first thirty days of program use, we will answer any questions that you or your client has regarding the software we have provided at no additional charge. We will not provide hardware resolutions or address software issues that may arise with other programs.
In the event that additional support is required after the thirty day period, services will be billed at the current prevailing rate.
For the End-User
While the client gets top service from his dealer, we will also support the end-user (client) after the thirty days of program usage. This is accomplished by encouraging the client to complete a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) that can be tailored to their individual needs.
