For Our Dealers

When you purchase one of our products for installation at a customer site, we will work with you to insure that the installation is accomplished.

How do we do this?

During the first thirty days of program use, we will answer any questions that you or your client has regarding the software we have provided at no additional charge.  We will not provide hardware resolutions or address software issues that may arise with other programs.

In the event that additional support is required after the thirty day period, services will be billed at the current prevailing rate.

For the End-User

While the client gets top service from his dealer, we will also support the end-user (client) after the thirty days of program usage.  This is accomplished by encouraging the client to complete a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) that can be tailored to their individual needs.  A copy of the SMA can be reviewed and printed by clicking on this link  ->  Service Maintenance Agreement
