Situation: When Refunds have been issued at a POS Terminal, they are not reported in
the QuickBooks Program.
Cause:
The process for capturing Refunds was not adequately addressed in the
Aloha 2 QuickBooks Interface prior to version 3.1.104.
This lack of reporting would cause “Out of Balance” errors to be
generated while the data was being processed and would result in an invalid
import to QuickBooks.
Correction: To correct this, download
and install version 3.1.104 from the COUTS Industries website.
All data imported after this version is installed will correct the
problem.
