Situation:
If the error described in this screenshot occurs, run the CIFIX.BAT file from the DOS Command Prompt. This file is located in the CIAUTIL subdirectory.
Cause: Damaged
or missing indexes
Status: Resolved
Solution: After running
CIFIX.BAT, CIAUtility will start and run. This should be a one-time correction, but the utility is available for future use.
