In Windows 2000 within the Control Panel + 'Administrative Tools',
select the the 'Data Sources (ODBC)' icon

The application shown below will appear, select the SYSTEM DSN tab. 

Click on the [Add...] button, to view the next screen;

from the list (your list may vary), locate and highlight the "Microsoft
Access Driver (*.MDB)" as shown above, then click on FINISH to access the
screen below.

After completing the above, click on the Select button.
Locate your PCCW.MDB for Payment Server©, in this
example,
it's located within the C:\Program Files\Active-Charge\ directory*, your
may be elsewhere. Make a note of this location, you will need to know it later
within the Set-Up of CIRpt4PCCW application. IMPORTANT: Leave the the
Read Only and exclusive Un-Checked!
Leaving all other fields un changed, click on OK.
* if needed, map a network drive to a permanent drive letter to
the active working directory of PcCharge Payment Server©.
Once you have clicked on OK to the previous screen, click OK
here too.
That will return you to the window labeled ODBC Data Source Administrator
screen.
You are half way done, Click OK, to complete this phase of the ODBC
Driver Install.
