Aloha 2 QuickBooks Pro Interface
Service Pack #7

For versions prior to 3.1.104, if using version 2.x please review upgrade requirements.

Situation:     Hours worked by an employee and imported from Aloha to QuickBooks Pro are either accurate or are being reported as one hour too much.

Cause:         A program error calculated an hour too much when calculations on the hours worked resulted in a remainder of more than thirty minutes.

Correction:  Download and install the A2QB program from the COUTS Industries website (Version 3.1.104 or higher.) Go to http://www.coutsindustries.com/product/ to download the A2QB application.  This patch will correct the calculations made and report the proper time.

Until such time that this patch is applied, users may manually edit the erroneous time in the Time Card program in QuickBooks. To manually edit the times, select the Employee File in QuickBooks.

Click on the Employee you wish to correct;

Select “Activities” from the menu bar at the bottom of the window;

Select “Record Time Weekly Timesheet” from the pull down menu from the Activities button.

Text Box:

When the proper weekly range is displayed, using your mouse, click on
the time displayed in the date selected

This will bring up the CURRENT weekly pay period for this employee.

To change to a previous date, click on the “Set Date” button.
From this window, you can either type in a date within the week you wish to edit, or click on the calendar button

Once the time has been highlighted, enter the new time using the keyboard.

Remember to use the colon (:) and not the semi-colon (;)

The Total time will not change until the next step is completed.

Click your mouse on the “Save & New” button if you have more entries to edit and follow these instructions again, or on the “Save & Close” button if this is the only entry.
